Refund policy

We stand behind our products and your satisfaction with them is important to us.

However, because our products are digital goods, we do not give refunds under any circumstances. All sales are final.

By reading or checking off the disclaimer, you accept our explicit no-refund policy.

If you are uncertain about our products, then please don't buy. We don't give refunds!

Fees and payments

By reading or purchasing products and services on QuantifiedStragies.com you are indicating that you agree to be bound by all of the terms in this Customer Agreement. Please print and keep a copy of this Agreement. The agreement may change the terms in this Subscriber Agreement. When the terms are changed, QuantifiedStrategies.com will notify you by e-mail or online postings. The changes also will appear in this document, which you can access at any time using the ‘Terms of Service’ link in the footer of any page on the website. If you do not agree to be bound by the changes, you should not use the products or services provided by QuantifiedStrategies.com again. If you use our products after quantifiedStrategies.com has notified customers of a change in the Service Agreement you are agreeing to be bound by all of the changes.

You may cancel at any time (recurring subscriptions). Once you submit your cancellation, billing will cease immediately, but you will continue to have access until the end of your subscription period. The easiest way to cancel is via your payment provider. Please note that you must cancel your subscription before it renews to avoid being charged the next month's subscription fee. We do not issue refunds under any circumstances.

Important to remember if you bought into the monthly edge membership: Edges and Strategies can be downloaded in a limited amount of time. Make sure you save the downloads. This is to protect our services. If too many people use our strategies they will stop working. Make sure you save your copy!

 

Disputes and jurisdiction

The Agreement is governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of Latvia, and all disputes arising out of or relating to the Agreement that cannot be settled to the parties’ satisfaction shall be subject to the non-exclusive jurisdiction of the courts of Latvia. The parties waive any objection to proceedings in such courts on the grounds of venue or on the grounds that proceedings have been brought in an inappropriate forum.

The Service is based in Latvia. It is not designed, customized, or directed to any other country. Those who choose to access, visit and/or use the Service do so on their own initiative and are responsible for compliance with local laws, if and to the extent local laws are applicable. We make no representation, warranty or guarantee that the Service, or any merchandise, products, services, and/or Content available on or through the Service are appropriate, available, or legal in any particular geographic location.

 

Email newsletter

When purchasing products from Quantified Strategies, you agree to be added to our email newsletter. 

Support

We only give support three months after purchase. There is no support for coding unless the code is proven wrong. We provide for backtesting. To trade live, you might need to change the code (to enable automatic trading). Furthermore, we don’t provide any support if you are not a paying customer.

This Agreement, your rights and obligations, and all actions contemplated by this Agreement shall be governed by the laws Latvia. You consent to the exclusive jurisdiction and venue of courts in Riga, Latvia.
